Need Ideas For A Camp Wide Day

Hello everyone i am planing a camp wide day program at a day camp and i was wondering if i could get some ideas for activities or a theme and the activities have to be good for kids from 3 - 15. If you have any ideas that could help me i would appreciate it. I am also on a tight deadline and have to have it done by dec 7. I have to do this so i can try to get a position as a head staff at the camp i applied for. Thank you

Can you give us more info?
Do you just want one program? Or a series of programs with a theme linking them. What's your time frame?
Do all the kids have to participate together? Or can you break them up into smaller groups (because that's a HUGE age difference!)

General themes: Underwater; Hawaii; Natural Disasters; Travel around the World..

Once you have a theme, and give us more info, I'd be glad to think up some ideas! As for activities, though, generally 3-15 year olds can't do the same things, unless you buddy older kids up with younger ones, or something. I'd stick with separate activiites..

How many people do you have to run activities, is another question!

usually the way our camp wides work is each unit goes around and does a different thing but the older kids tend to get bored really easy. I am looking for the same activities but varied for both the older and younger kids. i am not sure of the theme yet and it runs for lets say 2- 3 hours but i think i would like to make it an entire day and swimming has to be involved somewhere. I would like to mix all the older kids and mix all the younger kids into 2 different groups to go around so the 3-5 year olds in one group and the 6-12 year olds in another group and the 14-15 year olds would help run some of the activities

I need help coming up with activities for a camp wide day at a daycamp. I am going to use the olympics as my theme and the activitie has to be good for kids that are aged 3 - 15. I can look at activities and tweek them so they can be used by all ages. I am not as concerned about how many staff i need because i can figure that out i just need help with activity ideas. If anyone has some suggestions it will be appreciated
