hey guys, i recognize a lot of you from the aca site, anyway i'm 18 years old and a freshman at union college in schenectady, ny. i go to camp blue ridge/equinunk in wayne county, pa. we're a 7 week (no sessions, the same kids are there all 7 weeks) brother/sister camp that's been around for 85 years with lots of tradition. i was a camper for 10 summers then a CA (CIT) and next summer will be my 3rd as a counselor. so all together i'm going on 14 summers! camp is a huge tradition in my family. my grandparents met at our camp, then sent my mom and her two sisters. now, my mom is the girls head counselor (in charge of camp day-to-day), my aunt is a grouphead, i'm a counselor and my two little cousins are campers. my other aunt works at a different camp now (that traitor!!! haha). basically i was born and bred camp. i want to take over my mom's job one day, but right now i'll settle for being a counselor w/a great group of girls that i hope to be with for the 3rd summer this summer!
