Hi Weem, welcome to the site! :)
Being as prepared as you can is a great idea! There's already lots of great info on the boards, but if you still have questions ask away! Everyone is really nice and there's a TON of experience on these boards! :)

Welcome to the site!
Honestly, you being Scottish and all, your accent is going to be the best thing to bring with you. Kids and counsellors alike love it. We had 6 Scottish guys at camp last summer and all the kids loved listening to them. But, I would encourage you bringing a flag from your country!

hi, great to see more scots going to camp. Im sure u will love it. The whole foreign accent thing is great but can get very confusing at times especially if theres scots from diffrent places - at my camp they got so confused between the east and west coast accents. I second bringing a flag scottish music is also a good thing to bring we had a celidh one week which was great fun.

welcome to talk camp. I say to expect to work hard and have lots of fun and also feel free to ask questions either on here or at camp because no matter how long you've been a counselor we all need a little help now and then. Enjoy the site!:)
