Internationals without a placement...

Hey guys! i know there have been some international counselors out there lurking who don't have jobs yet, or even some americans looking for a job, and my mom (our head counselor) has asked me to advertise a little for my camp here, so here we go!

We're Camp Blue Ridge/Equinunk (BR is girls camp and Equi is boys), a 7-week, brother/sister camp in Wayne County, Pennsylvania, which is in the pocono mountains. Our camp is 80 years old and we pride ourselves on our camp spirit and traditions. over half of our staff is returners and former campers, but the rest are almost all new internationals, so you would be new with a bunch of other people. If you're looking for a HIGHLY traditional camp where the same campers stay all summer, and you would like to:

-be a general counselor (just girls)
-teach lacrosse
-teach gymnastics
-teach sports in general

Camper... I was looking at your camp's website and it is REALLY good! If I didn't already have a camp and wasn't half a country away I would really consider your camp!

haha thanks kiwicrb! we're actually in the process of updating the website and making it more reader-friendly for staff and parents that look at it. seriously guys, my mom has been spending hours looking at campamerica applicants for people who do the jobs i mentioned before (we DON'T need waterfront staff...almost all of our lifeguards were trained by our waterfront director and then they all want to work on the waterfront, lol, i think we have 22 lifeguards)! so if any of you don't have a job yet and do those jobs...DEFINITELY let me know!
