My favorite photos in that video are the second (Staff in green with the weird face - that'd be me making a "Fluke Face") and the fourth which is our current sailing director and her little sister - pointing at the board that says they both received the sailing sportsmanship award - first sisters on the board. Aww!

Sorry for not replying sooner...

It's a GS tradition. You take a piece of wood or bark (flat on one side) and attach a candle to it (melt the bottom of the candle to the bark). At campfire, everyone lights their barges and releases them into the river/lake while singing the song.
