I'm posting this as a thread because I just noticed it never showed up as an announcement. This was what the announcement for this forum (http://talkcamp.com/announcement.php?f=17) said:
Thank you for your interest in submitting an article for our website! Before you submit, there's a few things you should know.
You should not submit stories. Articles with information only. Of course if you need to give a scenario or short story to make your article more clear, this is allowed.
Don't use campers' real names or include their pictures.Here's the procedure for submitting your article:
Go to the Submit Your Counselor Articles forum (http://talkcamp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=18).
Click on the New Thread button.
Type your article using the following template:
Title of Article:
Date Written:
Author:
Article:
Links/Pictures/Other:
Then submit your article. Once submitted, the staff will review it and accept it. Note that only you can see your articles before they're accepted (except for staff). You won't be able to read others' articles before they're accepted. So don't worry about others seeing your articles before they're accepted.
If your article is accepted, it will be moved to the Counselor Articles forum (http://talkcamp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=17). Once there, you may edit your article. Also, others will be allowed to post replies to your article, and you'll be able to post replies to others' articles.Submitting your articles is completely optional, but it is greatly appreciated!
