Profile Picture & Avatar Size Limits Increased

I have increased the max limit of profile pictures and avatars for all members. Here are the new specs:

Profile Picture: 250x300, 500KB (used to be 100x100, 19.5KB)
Avatar: 100x100, 50KB (used to be 100x100, 19.5KB)Why am I doing this? Well, besides that fact that I'm a nice guy, our host quadrupaled our disk space to 20 GB (was 4 GB) and has octupled our bandwidth (data transfer) to 1 TB/month (was 120 GB/month). So we now have a lot more resources to play around with.

Also, if you're using the Red Orange skin, you'll notice I changed the member profile page. Here's mine as an example. (http://www.talkcamp.com/member.php?u=1) EDIT: I did the same with the old style as well for those who use it.
