How to unsubscribe to threads

I've gotten many questions lately on how to stop receiving e-mails on every thread. Here's the answer:

In your User CP (http://talkcamp.com/usercp.php), go to the Subscribed Threads List page (http://talkcamp.com/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription). There will be the complete list of all the threads you're subscribed to.
Check on the subscriptions you want to modify. If you want to keep the subscriptions, but not receive e-mails, this is entirely possible. In the drop down menu, select "No email notification." If you want to totally unsubscribe, select "Delete Subscription."

Ya i opened my email this morning and there were 15 messages, haha that's more than i ever get at once.

If you want to change your subscription settings permanently, you can go to User CP and then to "Edit Options" and then scroll down a bit. You'll be able to change your settings so that by default you aren't e-mailed on any threads you're subscribed to (since it seems to automatically subscribe you to a thread once you post in it.)

dave--- i've done both of these things and it won't let me delete my subscriptions. tonight ive gotten like 35 and i went to edit options and put no subscriptions. but i still have 116 subscriptions that wont go away. please help! i dont want these emails! i check the site everyday anyway!

Check off and delete them. That should do it.
