From my parents last night I got the Sex and the City Complete Series and tonight I got a digital camera.. we'll see what comes in the next few days :-D

Oh my brothers sent me cards! That's big! lol

That sounds interesting... is it good?

And thats really weird about sudoku... my family just introduced me to it today, we were all sitting around doing puzzles. They are addicting.

http://www.sudoku.com

this website explains what it is. I would try but it would be too confusing. The site has pictures and stuff so it makes more sense than me.

http://www.websudoku.com

This website is cooler though- I spend hours on there doing puzzles and it tells you how long it took you and how you rank against everyone else that did that puzzle.

dave- I'm obsessed, I do them every night before I go to bed lol. I've finished like 4 books and I can do an easy puzzle in a little under 2 minutes haha

That second website is pretty cool. I've never heard of it! It's better than paying those other sites. :)

I got a ton of stuff, but my favorites were a brand new Sakteboard set up with a Chocolate deck, Destructo trucks, Black Panther bearings, and Plan B wheels!!! It is soooo sweet. I also got an awesome skate tool, some skate dvd's, a new dvd player/vcr combo (my old one broke) and itunes, target and Hollywood Video gift cards.

Highlight was the digital camera that I knew I was getting, and some cash that I could spend on what I wanted.

So thinking practically I went and get my self a storm/wind proof fleece jacket, and storm/wind proof rain coat - buy-one-get-one-free down at the local outlet village. Will be ideal for those chilly Adirondack evenings.

Sudoku are quite big here, and my housemates love them, but my mind doesn't really think that way!

I got some DVDs, a British comedy show called League of Gentlemen, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! I also got a board game called 'Thud', which is good fun.

Had a really nice chilled out day with my grandparents and family.

I love Su'Doku! I do it at school every day when it isn't my turn to be teaching. Lol. Yay free papers on the way to work!

I got an iPod, a book for new biology teachers, some DVDs (Madagascar, Willy Wonka), a sweater, some money, Son of a Witch, Cranium, and some other assorted stuff from various people. The best part was seeing family and friends though - yay for a camp reunion!!

sudoku puzzles are number puzzles. each puzzle is a 9x9 box divided into 9 smaller 3x3 boxes. you have to get the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and box without repeating any numbers. sometimes they're really easy and sometimes they're extremely hard.

I tried to do sudoku and I can't do it. I don't have the mind set for it.
