Leaders in Training - LITs (Ages 14-15)
This program gives teenagers the tools they need to begin their journey towards becoming the leaders of tomorrow. LITs develop these leadership capabilities through team building activities and fun projects. Discussion on teen concerns such as peer pressure and substance abuse are guided by staff chosen for their ability to help teens work through these issues. Adult role models at the Y respect teens and help them take on leadership roles. This program emphasizes the development of personal values, team work, volunteerism, and self confidence.
Counselors in Training - CITs (15 and completed LIT program)
This program is for teens who are interested in gaining leadership experience. The CIT program allows teens to shadow and work with counselors that will help them become positive role models for our younger campers. As a CIT you will be involved with service learning projects, participate in team building activities, and be working with counselors. After completing this program, teenagers may be asked to join the Henry County YMCA team as a volunteer. Teens interested in the CIT program should pick up an orientation packet from our office. For questions about the CIT program please call our office at 770-507-5437.

i would say something like "camp exploration" or "exploration day camp" b/c all of your programs have to do w/exploring campers' interest, none too focused on one thing.

I would put both speed and campers together and go along the lines of "Atlanta Explorer Day Camp" or something.

How about Camp Frontier, because you are pushing the boundaries of children's experiences, and it ties in with your explorers/pioneers age groups. I think you could also make it broad enough to not restrict yourself to one 'theme.
Hope this helps!
