I think that it just a great place to talk and share ideas and get ready for camp next summer! It's fun to see how so many people who might be so different have a love for the same thing. CAMP!!!

I'll agree with this one being more active than the ACA site. I've lurked around on the ACA site but many of the topics just don't interest me. This site is much more relaxed than ACA.

I just love anything camp related. I check both this one and the ACA site multiple times daily just because it reminds me of camp!

agreed...this is a lot more active than the aca site and seems a bit more relaxed/closer. i think once camp gets closer though they will both be flying :D

I am also addicted... Which is why I've stopped doing schoolwork (well, one of the reasons at least~). I can't wait until next year when I won't be in school to be able to spend a lot more time, both responding to posts and (hopefully) writing articles too.

That's why I stopped bringing my laptop to class. I just sit and play with my blackberry now = which won't allow me to read posts from here.

I'm not that addicted. It doesn't seem as if many of the articles/topics apply to me. I liked this for a while and avoided ACA... but i think I'm back to liking ACA simply because there is debate and such. This site is good too though, for some ideas....

ITA! As a pacifist, I like being able to say whatever I want about any camp topic without having to worry about being attacked!

Ditto for me about feeling like I'm being attacked. Something you say that you think is harmless gets all twisted around and then you seem like the worst person in the world.
