Oh do i ever miss it! I havent actually counted the days yet (thought about it) cuz im afraid it will make me miss it more. I think it about it everyday as well...and it doesnt help that this past week ive recieved quitea few emails from camp ppl!

I miss it enough to already have signed up to go work precamp in may 2 days after my last final.

I wish our camp had pre-camp stuff besides the training days. Oh well I guess.

i have my countdown to orientation started although i'm not obsessed w/counting yet b/c i don't want to make myself miss it more at this point. my camp friend visited me at school this weekend and it was so much fun and we talked about camp all weekend. I WANT TO GO NOW!

I miss camp so much! I daydream about it! Not a day goes by when I don't think of a funny or annoying thing someone did there. And I plot and plan things for next year all the time, too. I can't wait for it to start again! My mom keeps saying, "If you go back to camp next summer..." as if there were any question of that!

I'm going to see my co in 18 days!!!! I'm so excited! That's my major countdown right now but I've got just under 200 days until staff week!!! I miss camp so much that it hurts lol. Can't wait!

I miss camp so much, especially because I just spent my whole weekend up at my camp, and it makes me even more camp sick!

You're so lucky to get that weekend. I wish our camp had winter stuff like other camps. I should write to them and see if they have people working there over the winter (security, groundskeepers). I don't care if there are campers there or not, I just love being there.

158 days till the tents go up (and I go to help put them up!) and 223 days until pre-camp officially begins.

I'm seriously dying of campsickness. Only a month or so till Camp Christmas though - 6 of us have been doing this since we were 14.

I only have to wait a few more days, because we have a Thanksgiving Family Camp next week. Then we have winter camp, then open house, then CAMP!!

i have one of my campers' birthday parties dec. 17th, the camp reunion on jan. 7th, another campers' bat mitzvah on march 11, the new camper picnic the 1st weekend in june, orientation starts at camp on june 18th, and then camp FINALLY starts on june 25th. all of those things can't come soon enough!

yup!! that's the beauty of trimesters and weekends! due to the trimesters, i'm off a week from today until jan. 2nd, so the bday party fits perfectly. then the reunion is the weekend after my classes start so i won't be loaded w/work yet. the bat mitzvah is after the trimester ends in march, the new camper picnic is right after then next one ends in june! i have it all figured out!

NO I worked at the outdoor ed at the camp.

ya they are. but they are not like summer camp at all.

You get more time off. I also found when I did OE, I did not have to stay in a cabin with campers. I loved working all of the OE programs, I learned a lot of new and fun things that I never thought I would learn.

I got the weekends off but I was the only staff in the cabin so I could not leave the you by there self. ya it was fun the thing that i got to teach them

I got my camp staff newsletter yesterday! and it says "26 Mondays until camp!" YAY!!!

For Summer Camp I have, 24 weeks, but for Winter camp I only have, 2 and a half weeks!!

I get those moments a lot. Mostly when i'm at my in between camp sessions job. But i got to go help there last weekend for an event so that helped a lot!
