I've been around the boards for a week or so but i just found this part of the boards. Well my camp name is Kiwi and i've worked at camp for 2 summers but have volunteered for 6 years now. Camp has really gotten into my blood and I absolutely love it and can't wait to go back for another summer. So far i've spent a summer as a kitchen assistant then another as a jr. counselor/ counselor. I used to be embarassed about being in girl scouts but now i just think it's cool to say that instead of going out and drinking/ doing drugs like a lot of other people my age i'm at camp trying to make a difference in some girls lifes. Anyway thats what really keeps me coming back... the campers.
