Moderation Queue Enabled in New Members Area

To help fight the ever-increasing amount of spam appearing in the New Members Area, all new threads must now be approved by staff before they will appear to the public. The forums this includes are: Introductions, Off to Camp, and Welcome Back. I hope this change will create a more pleasant atmosphere around here. :)
