Travel theme?

What about a theme inspired by the novel around the world in 80 days: You could have also sorts of things - crafts - make "hot air" balloons, they could have paper aeroplane comps, they could have food some of the counrties visited, relay races were each person has to do something related to a different country.

If you are having a series of activities around the theme, you could have campers make a "passport" and they would collect a stamp or sticker from each activity once it has been completed.

We did something like that during pre-camp last year - it was fun.
