A few questions to ask? What camp do you work for and wht kind of cam is it? Where is it?

I work for a YMCA day camp! In Atlanta, GA!

I also worked for an overnight camp for many years, and I do miss it.. But I love my day campers.

I work for Camp Favorite, a GS camp on Cape Cod.

This is my second year there. I've worked day camp at Camp Virginia (another one of our camps) and overnight at Camp Green Eyrie (my home resident camp).

Camp Blue Ridge/Equinunk...it's a brother-sister sleepaway camp in wayne county, pa...no sessions, same kids for 7 weeks with lots of tradition!

I work at Camp Cedarledge, a Girl Scout camp in Pevely, MO near St. Louis. I'm the WIT Director and a wrangler, at the moment! (well not at THIS moment, because I won't be working there again until May or so!)

2003-2004 I worked at Camp Eagle Hill, in Elizaville, NY. It's a 7 week camp for boys & girls, but kids can also go for 3 or 4 weeks instead of 7.

2005 I worked at Camp Pontiac, in Copake, NY. It's a 7 week co-ed camp & the kids stay the entire time. I will be back again this summer...

It's a private camp for kids with behavioural difficulties, and it's ace! :D

I have only worked at girl scout camps. Camp Sombero in Phoenix, AZ (day camp), Willow Springs in Prescott,AZ and Camp Menzies in Arnold, CA. This year... I have no clue

1999 Adventure Day Camp and Teen Ventures, Charleston County Parks and Recreation Commission (South Carolina).
2000 - Private contractor for BSA Mountain Man Challenge
2000 - 2001 Graduate Assistant at Camp Algonquin, Algonquin, IL
2001 - Back at CCPRC in South Carolina
2002 until 4:30 PM today - Triple R Day Camp/Camp Algonquin. Cary/Algonquin, IL
Starting 9 AM tomorrow when the papers will officially be signed- YMCA Triple R Day Camp, YMCA Camp Algonquin and YMCA of McHenry County Day Camps. This is a whole other story though.

Campfriend. How long ago did you apply at McHenry. Do you remeber which position was open at CA? Big changes ahead for this organization, should be an exciting time.

Camper. I wonder if they remember me. If they do tell them I said hello. I just hope they don't remember all the trouble I caused. I spoke, via e-mail, to theie owner the other day a everything seems to going great. Robindel was great and I miss it to this day.

Camp Hayo-Went-Ha. Its a YMCA one I think also, in Traverse City MI.. All girls one, when the camp is split in two 4 week sessions, and 4 two week ones I think

SUP Freaks...I also work at Tioga...cleary i would write the best camp on earth...but then everyone who say that about their camp. Its awesome i love it and i cant wait to go back for my 4th year...

I work at Camp River Ranch, a Girl Scout Camp in Washington. I've been working there since 2004 and I love it. I work at the resident camp, but there's also a day camp... called River Ranch Day Camp.

i'm SURE you guys all really thought that my name was camper. lol. can you imagine? i mean i love camp and all but that would be horrible. so there you go...when i was younger on the ACA boards my mom was obviously afraid of me being on them so she was like "don't even say your first name" haha...that was when i was 14...now i'm 18 lol so i think i'm old enough to make my own decisions, haha.

It was funny to see how all of the people on the ACA boards wanted to know your name for so long.. I can see where you mom has to worry about who know your name. I can say I wish that more parents would take the time to know what their kids were doing on the internet!

i wasn't allowed to have my own computer for the longest time for that reason...but anyway yeah...people did want to know my name for awhile...you remember that far back campfriend? haha. i feel like i was soooo young when i started posting and now its like...i'm a "real" poster b/c i'm like an actual adult haha. i think i'll always feel young on the aca boards though...

I will be going back to a Girl Scout camp in Southern California called Camp Scherman. It is located on 700 acres in the San Jacinto mountains not far from Palm Springs. You can see the camp at www.gscoc.org
