I'm not currently with a unit (boo!) but will be gate crashing my friend's unit tomorrow and attending the church service her unit is taking on Sunday.

We've (Brownies) been talking about the World Centres, and specifically Mexico (since I went to Our Cabana). We made decorative Mexican hats, will be playing authentic Mexican instruments, they recieved a Mexican Promise bookmark ribbon.. Uhm.. Oh! We've been collecting CWFF $ throughout February.. And that's about it! There was a church service that I didn't go to because I don't do the whole religion/church thing - but it's a normal church service coupled with Thinking Day for Guides/Scouts.

We do have Church Parade on Sunday. And Tuesday night we (Brownies) had a big meeting along with the Sparks & Guides in our area with a torch light parade (walk around the hall with flashlights in the dark because it was too cold/slippy outisde) and then we had birthday cake and juice for Baden-Powell's birthdays!

We are currently on school vacation here in Massachusetts, so our Thinking Day celebration will actually be next Friday at our next meeting. The Juniors are putting it on for the Brownies and Daisies. Oh my. We'll see how that goes - our Juniors don't quite function well together sometimes.
