This week I'll have a job interview with some camps, and I thought I will bring some camp pictures on which I'm visible with my children, so that the camp directors can see me while working with children. I wonder what you think about this idea?

I think you should bring some along but only show them if you know it's the right moment. Maybe if you and the person end up chatting about something at the end, or if you mention something in one of the pictures then you can pull it our and show the him/her a picture. Good luck!

I can't see how showing the pictures could hurt, unless you had loads and loads! like 50 or something!

You won't believe this: the camp fair was held one day BEFORE I went there:((( I mixed the dates...Yes, I'm an idiot!!! I know, I know...
There were 4 camp directors there and hired more than 40 people. And I could have been one of them...I'm very disappointed now. Of course I know that most of staff are recruited through telephone interview, so I know I have 200 other camps, but still...I lost a great opportunity because of my thoughtlessness.
